CPQ / Configuration
Configure Price Quote, or CPQ for short, describes a sales or pricing policy process in which the increasing demands of customers on the products and services of companies are directly integrated into the preparation of offers and the pricing of products and services. This is because the range of configurable products which can be adapted to specific customer requirements is growing by leaps and bounds across all industries. In order to meet these increased demands in sales, PoS or eCommerce processes efficiently and with the necessary qualitative and consistent output, sales tools are needed that are seamlessly integrated into the overall process.
