Robotic Process Automation – RPA

Digitization of processes does not necessarily require the introduction of new applications. Particularly in the case of repetitive, manual, time-intensive or error-prone activities, RPA (Robotic Process Automation) represents a sensible way of relieving valuable specialist resources and accelerating processes.

RPA is a solution approach to process automation in which repetitive processes can be automated by learning bots. Technical interfaces are not necessarily required for cross-application use. RPA solutions are also able to control application software via the presentation layer, comparable to the handling of the process by a human.
